Learn Raw Food

I am a raw food chef and instructor. I help people who have been put on gluten and dairy free diets, children who won't eat their fruits and vegetables, as well as teen vegans who live on pasta. I teach how to turn fruits and vegetables into meals that are satisfying and nourishing. From kitchen gardens to dehydrating and making chocolate I can teach you all about raw foods.
I love teaching and I do it very well. I am particularly attentive to establishing learning objectives that match the needs of the student. Class time is spent making sure students have the learning experience they need to be able to duplicate on their own what they learn from me. I make the learning process so easy that apprehension is stomped out and enthusiasm takes its place. I have never asked someone to do what I haven't already done with great success.
The Gourmet Raw Food Classes I teach include:
Asian Fusion, Holiday Favorites, All-American Comfort Foods, Latin American Fiesta, Divine Desserts, Breakfast and Brunch, Flavors of the Mediterranean, Raw Italy and Light & Healthy Foods and Forget Cooking!
I also teach classes in: Green smoothies, sprouting, growing wheatgrass and preparing local/seasonal salads.
I received my training and certification as a raw food chef and instructor through Living Light Culinary Institute in Fort Bragg, California.
